Can I change my plan later?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure Stripe payment processor. Enterprise customers can also pay via invoice.

What counts as a 'prompt monitored'?

A prompt is a specific keyword, brand name, or phrase that we track across AI platforms. For example, monitoring 'Your Company Name' and 'Your Product Name' would count as 2 prompts.

How often is the data updated?

Starter plans receive daily updates. Professional and Enterprise plans include real-time monitoring with instant alerts when your brand is mentioned.

What happens if I exceed my prompt limit?

If you need to monitor more prompts, you can upgrade to a higher plan anytime. We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes! Annual plans come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Contact our sales team for annual pricing options.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied with our service. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds are not provided for partial months.
