Has anyone successfully disputed inaccurate AI information through official channels? What actually works?

We’ve been trying to correct factual errors in AI responses for 4 months with mixed results.

The misinformation:

  • ChatGPT says we have “500 employees” (we have 2,000)
  • Perplexity incorrectly describes our product category
  • Claude attributes quotes to our CEO that were never said

What we’ve tried:
