ChatGPT keeps giving wrong info about my company - has anyone successfully gotten corrections?

We have a serious problem. When people ask ChatGPT about our company, it gives outdated and sometimes completely wrong information:

What’s happening:

  • States our CEO left in 2022 (he’s still here, never left)
  • References a product line we discontinued 3 years ago
  • Mentions a lawsuit that was dismissed with no findings against us
  • Gets our founding year wrong

What we’ve tried:
