Integrations
Ecommerce stores
Connect Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento 2, Shoptet or BiznisWeb to add orders, products, customers and margin to a domain, and to write internal links into your store.
For a shop, the question behind every visibility metric is whether it sells. Connecting your store brings orders, revenue, products and customers into the same domain as your AI citations, search traffic and ad spend. That unlocks the Eshop reports (profit, costs, products, customers, markets) and lets ad platforms be judged against orders that actually landed rather than the conversions they claim.
Ecommerce integrations are available from the Pro plan. See plans and limits.
Connect your store#
All five are connected from Data Sources, under Eshops. Only workspace administrators can connect integrations. Each store is connected with credentials from its own admin; the tabs show where to get them.
Shopify
Shopify requires app installations to start from the Shopify App Store.
- Click Connect Shopify Store. You are sent to the FlowHunt app on the Shopify App Store.
- Click Add app, log in to your Shopify admin if prompted, review and accept the permissions.
- Complete the installation to connect the store.
If nothing opens, your browser blocked the pop-up; allow it or open the App Store link shown in the dialog.
WooCommerce
- In WordPress admin, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API.
- Click Add key, give it a description and set Permissions to Read.
- Click Generate API key and copy the consumer key and consumer secret (the secret is shown only once).
- In AmICited, enter the Store URL (include the subdirectory if WordPress lives in one, for example
https://example.com/shop), the Consumer key and the Consumer secret, then click Connect WooCommerce.
The store must be reachable over HTTPS; WooCommerce ignores API keys sent over plain HTTP.
Magento 2
- In the Magento 2 Admin, go to System → Extensions → Integrations and click Add New Integration.
- Name it (for example “FlowHunt”). In the API tab, set Resource Access to All, or grant at least Sales, Catalog, Customers, Stores and Catalog Inventory.
- Save and click Activate.
- Copy all four OAuth credentials (Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, Access Token Secret) and enter them in AmICited with the Magento Store URL (without
/admin).
If the store sits behind HTTP Basic Auth, also fill in both optional Basic Auth fields.
Shoptet
- In your e-shop administration, go to Connections → Private API.
- Click Add, enter a description and leave every endpoint group enabled.
- Reveal the token, confirm with your password, and copy it.
- Paste it as the API token (it begins with your e-shop ID, like
123456-p-…) and click Connect Shoptet.
The Private API is available on the Shoptet Premium tariff only.
BiznisWeb
- Log in to your BiznisWeb admin panel and go to Settings → API Access.
- Create a new API token with the appropriate permissions.
- In AmICited, enter the API Token, the API Domain (your shop’s own domain, for example
www.yourshop.sk) and the Flox Subdomain used for authentication (for exampleyourshop.flox.sk), then click Connect BiznisWeb.
After the credentials are saved, click Select account on the card to map the store to the domain, then choose how much order history to import. The longest option imports everything since the shop’s first order; each option shows its projected rows and one-time cost before you confirm.
Customer data: anonymised or full#
Before the first import you choose what the import may store about the people who buy. It has to be answered up front: it describes the orders already imported, so changing it later means disconnecting and connecting the store again.
- Anonymised (default). No email, name or address ever reaches the warehouse. A customer is a one-way hash of their email: enough to count them, follow their orders and segment them, not enough to contact them.
- Import full customer data. Stores the email and name with the order, so a segment can be exported and acted on. This is personal data, kept under your workspace’s retention rules.
Every report works either way.
Shop settings#
The numbers are only as good as the costs behind them. Open Shop settings on the store’s card to set:
- Currency. The currency everything on the domain is reported in, and the exchange rates used to reach it.
- Cost inputs. What every order costs beyond the goods, per period: net shipping and packaging per order, payment fee %, fixed costs per month and an assumed margin. Other costs (a campaign, an agency, a year of software) can be recorded and spread across their period. Until at least one period exists, contribution and profit cannot be computed.
- Product costs. What each product cost to buy, which turns revenue into margin.
- Order statuses. Which of the shop’s statuses count as a sale.
- Payment methods. Which methods carry a fee, and how much.
The Shop connection page shows what has been imported and what is still missing before the eshop reports have real numbers. Data health (in the reports) shows how much of each figure is measured versus assumed.
What it unlocks#
Reports → Eshop holds about 25 reports, grouped as:
- Earnings. Cockpit (profit, what moved it, are we on plan), Sales engine, Economics.
- Costs. Cost mix, Pages and ad spend, Marketing & ads, CAC & ROAS, Cross-source reports.
- Ads and the shop. Attribution reality (Meta’s claims against orders that landed), Profit-true ROAS, New-customer CAC, Audience efficiency, Dayparting, Profit scaling. These need Meta Ads connected.
- Products. Products, Assortment, Product bundles, Entry products.
- Customers. Retention, Repeat purchase, Lifetime value, Segments, Replenishment (who is due to reorder).
- Markets and timing. Geography, Geo profitability, Calendar, Weather.
- Operations and data. Metric library, Order mix, Data health.
Store orders also feed ecommerce annotation expectations (orders, net revenue, AOV, ROAS, company profit), and Audit → Link building writes internal links into your store: each rule names a keyword and a destination, and links are added to product, collection, page and article copy on each apply and removed when the rule is paused or deleted.
Cost and disconnecting#
Like every data source: a one-time import billed by rows kept (1 credit per million rows) and a flat daily warehouse fee per connected domain set by your plan, both shown before you confirm. Disconnect stops the import and deletes the imported data; it cannot be undone. See credits.
